Job Description

As a Mortgage Development Manager at National Bank, you will play a crucial role in helping Personal Banking clients achieve their dream of homeownership. You will work closely with internal and external partners to develop and implement residential financing strategies that meet the needs of your clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Help clients develop residential financing strategies for purchase, mortgage pre-approval, and external refinancing transactions
  • Identify clients' financial needs and refer them to your expert colleagues for their specialized needs
  • Establish and maintain lasting relationships with external real estate partners (e.g., realtors and builders) by keeping them up to date on the solutions we offer
  • Communicate and work closely with internal partners to take charge of or refer clients and increase client retention
  • Organize and/or participate in business development activities and events
  • Rigorously apply established processes and procedures and ensure compliance and risk management rules in effect are followed
