About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mortgage Development Manager to join our team at National Bank. As a key member of our Personal Banking team, you will play a critical role in helping clients achieve their dream of homeownership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement residential financing strategies to meet clients' needs and goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal partners and external real estate partners to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify and refer clients to specialized services
  • Stay up-to-date on National Bank's mortgage solutions and market trends to provide expert advice to clients
  • Participate in business development activities and events to promote National Bank's services
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 1 year of relevant experience or college diploma and 3 years of relevant experience
  • Business development experience and a proven track record of success
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of mortgage credit solutions and financing products
