About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mortgage Development Manager to join our team at National Bank. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in helping Personal Banking clients achieve their goal of buying a home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement residential financing strategies for clients, including mortgage pre-approval and external refinancing transactions.
  • Identify clients' financial needs and refer them to internal experts for specialized support.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with external real estate partners, including realtors and builders, to promote National Bank's mortgage solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to drive client retention and growth.
  • Organize and participate in business development activities and events to promote National Bank's mortgage products.
  • Ensure compliance with established processes and procedures, as well as risk management rules.
  • Stay up-to-date on National Bank's mortgage solutions and changes in the mortgage market.
About the Team

You will be working closely with clients, real estate agents, and internal partners to deliver exceptional results. Our training programs are designed to help you master your role, and you will have access to a diverse team of experts with a wide range of backgrounds and expertise.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 1 year of relevant experience, or college diploma and 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Business development experience and a strong understanding of mortgage credit solutions and financing products.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
