About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mortgage Development Manager to join our team at National Bank. As a key member of our Personal Banking team, you will play a critical role in helping clients achieve their dream of homeownership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement residential financing strategies to meet clients' needs and goals
  • Collaborate with internal partners to identify and pursue business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external real estate partners, including realtors and builders
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Stay up-to-date on National Bank's mortgage solutions and market trends to provide expert advice to clients

You will be working closely with a dynamic team of professionals who share your passion for delivering exceptional client service. Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 1 year of relevant experience, or college diploma and 3 years of relevant experience
  • Business development experience and a proven track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders
  • Knowledge of mortgage credit solutions and financing products
