POSITION OVERVIEW
Location: Calgary, AB Employment Type: Full-time, PermanentKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Establish and nurture robust connections with key stakeholders and valued clients. Engage in proactive business development through research, outreach, and networking. Represent Acera Insurance at various events and meetings, including sponsorship opportunities. Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets and objectives. Serve as a trusted advisor and solution provider to clients. Focus on diversifying and expanding our commercial insurance portfolio. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and manage client interactions effectively. Willingness to travel as necessary for business purposes. Plan and coordinate events, including guest speakers and engaging activities. Utilize CRM tools to track interactions and report on performance metrics.QUALIFICATIONS
2 to 3 years of experience in a sales-oriented role. Background in insurance or a strong business foundation is advantageous. Experience in event planning is a plus.CORE COMPETENCIES
