Job Title: Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Comfort Inn. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities, including coordinating office services, maintaining inventory and budgetary controls, and preparing reports and correspondence.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including transportation and travel arrangements.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
