We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at Comfort Inn. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities, including coordinating office services, maintaining inventory and budgetary controls, and preparing reports and correspondence.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
