Property Manager, Laval

Job Summary
The Property Manager provides essential leadership in a residential property, overseeing overall performance and ensuring profitability while maintaining corporate standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to stay informed about competition and market trends.
- Recommend rental rates for available units and lease renewals.
- Address resident inquiries and issues promptly.
- Interview and hire candidates, providing recommendations to the District Manager.
- Provide initial training and ongoing staff development.
- Manage staff schedules and resolve conflicts.
- Develop and monitor annual budgets, operating, and capital plans.
- Market and rent vacant units to potential residents.
- Collect and deposit rents in a timely manner.
- Oversee building maintenance systems.
Requirements
- Experience in residential property management or relevant professional experience.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Strong communication skills with residents, colleagues, and third parties.
- Management skills to support, train, and motivate staff.
- Basic computer skills.
- Bilingual in French and English, Required.
