Role Overview:
As the Lead Analyst in Commercial Strategy, you will play a crucial role in driving our mission to enhance market performance through comprehensive analysis and strategic recommendations. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping our commercial initiatives and ensuring alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of commercial performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Supply Chain, and Brand Management, to develop actionable insights.
- Create and maintain performance scorecards to monitor progress against established KPIs.
- Support the Senior Director of Commercial Strategy by providing detailed insights and recommendations to refine our strategic approach.
- Manage high-value product allocations and oversee brand investment frameworks to safeguard profitability.
- Assist in forecasting for new product launches and evaluate market performance against KPIs.
- Engage in continuous improvement of forecasting practices, integrating both quantitative and qualitative data.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration across departments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in analysis and strategic insights, preferably within the beverage alcohol sector.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
