Pricing Lead Job Description

At KPMG Canada, we are seeking a talented Pricing Lead to join our Bid Desk team. As a Pricing Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing creative commercial strategies for multiple deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative pricing strategies to support multiple deals.
  • Collaborate with the finance and bid teams to ensure pricing models align with financial goals and objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute effective pricing structures.
  • Monitor and adjust pricing strategies to respond to market changes and business needs.
  • Provide detailed financial analysis and reporting on pricing performance.
  • Support the development of commercial strategies that drive business growth.
  • Assist in the industrialization of processes to help scale operations.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in finance, with experience in pricing and financial analysis.
  • Experience with pricing for RFP/ RFI/ RFX.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple activities and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proven track record of developing successful pricing strategies in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Management Information Systems, or another relevant program.
