Site Superintendent (Vancouver)

We are seeking a skilled Site Superintendent to oversee the management of commercial projects valued between $1M and $15 Million in Vancouver and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications:
  1. 5-10 years of experience in the commercial construction sector, ideally in a Site Superintendent role.
  2. Comprehensive understanding of the construction process and sequencing.
Core Responsibilities:
  1. Site Coordination: Oversee daily operations on-site to ensure seamless project execution from inception to completion.
  2. Subcontractor and Supplier Oversight: Manage subcontractors and suppliers on-site, addressing any issues that may arise during the project.
  3. Collaboration with Project Management: Work closely with the Project Management team to deliver a high-quality final product while adhering to the schedule and budget.
  4. Client Engagement: Interact with architects, consultants, and clients to address project concerns and maintain positive relationships.
  5. Documentation Management: Utilize Microsoft and other web-based tools to track labor, materials, equipment, cost coding, expense submissions, field reports, schedules, meeting notes, and change requests.
  6. Budget Oversight: Continuously monitor and manage the project budget, employing innovative methods to minimize costs and providing regular financial updates to management.
