- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a technical support role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Language: English (work language).
- Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
