The Opportunity

PBS Systems is a leading provider of dealership management software, and we're seeking a skilled Dealer Engagement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer success team, you'll play a critical role in building strong relationships with our dealership partners and driving adoption of our products.

The Role

We're looking for a self-motivated and results-driven individual who can effectively communicate the value of our software to dealerships. As a Dealer Engagement Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Hosting customer engagement sessions to promote adoption of our products
  • Orchestrating a sense of community amongst our customers
  • Creating conference and workshop content to showcase our software capabilities
  • Providing product expertise and support to dealerships
  • Collaborating with other departments to understand customer challenges and showcase new features
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in the automotive industry or dealership environment
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
