The Opportunity

PBS Systems is a leading provider of dealership management software, and we're seeking a skilled Dealer Engagement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer success team, you'll play a critical role in helping our customers get the most out of our software and achieve their business goals.

The Role

We're looking for a self-motivated and results-driven individual who can effectively communicate the value of our software to our customers. As a Dealer Engagement Specialist, you'll be responsible for hosting customer engagement sessions, promoting adoption of our products and services, and creating a sense of community among our customers. You'll also work closely with our sales and support teams to understand customer challenges and provide solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Host customer engagement sessions to promote adoption of our products and services
  • Orchestrate a sense of community among our customers through regular communication and events
  • Create conference and workshop content to educate customers on the benefits of our software
  • Be available as a product expert to provide support and guidance to customers
  • Work with other departments to understand customer challenges and provide solutions
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in the automotive industry or dealership environment
  • Experience with dealership management software (DMS)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills
  • Project management skills
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Customer focus and excellent customer service skills
  • Solid computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong documentation abilities
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills
  • Willingness to commit to ongoing education and cross-training
