TalentSphere Staffing Solutions

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at TalentSphere Staffing Solutions. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities for our client, a boutique property management company with a portfolio of commercial retail, industrial, and multi-residential assets across Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Prospecting and Business Development: Create new business opportunities through various prospecting methods and channels, including identifying potential clients, building relationships, and negotiating contracts.
  2. Presentation and Communication: Prepare and deliver presentations to new and existing clients, showcasing our client's services and expertise.
  3. Documentation and Research: Create RFPs, proposals, and other documentation to support business development efforts, and conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor analysis.
  4. Client Relationship Management: Nurture and develop client relationships, providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  5. Market Analysis and Strategy: Conduct market analysis and provide strategic recommendations to support business growth and development.
  6. Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with our client's team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  1. Experience: Minimum 3 years of Business Development experience within the commercial real estate industry.
  2. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Commerce, Real Estate, or related field.
  3. Skills: Superior communication and negotiation skills, strong organizational and analytical skills, and high technical proficiency across multiple software platforms.
  4. Personal Qualities: Reliable, incentive-driven, and positive attitude, with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
