About the Role

We are seeking a Senior UI Designer to join our Innovation and Design practice. As a Senior UI Designer, you will work closely with our clients and internal teams to design and deliver high-quality user experiences for our clients' digital products.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand their business needs and design solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' businesses and industries to inform design decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver digital products that meet our clients' needs.
  • Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions and ensure that our solutions meet user needs.
  • Design and develop high-fidelity UI designs that meet our clients' requirements and are consistent with our design standards.
  • Work with our development teams to ensure that our designs are implemented correctly and meet our clients' expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in user experience design and apply this knowledge to our work.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital design, with a focus on user experience design.
  • Strong portfolio that demonstrates your ability to design and deliver high-quality user experiences.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of user experience design principles and best practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in industry-standard design tools, such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe XD.
