Job Overview

As a Senior UI/UX Designer at Thentia, you will be responsible for defining, evangelizing, and driving the implementation of the overall design vision for our products. You will contribute towards Thentia's UI/UX principles and will maintain UI/UX frameworks for all our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and implement the overall design vision for Thentia's products
  • Contribute towards Thentia's UI/UX principles
  • Maintain UI/UX frameworks for all our products
  • Lead design workshops to help define our product's strategy
  • Guide the design process through iteration, testing, shipping, and beyond
  • Develop a complete range of UI/UX artifacts
  • Work collaboratively with development team members and diverse stakeholders
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 – 10 years of experience as an UI-UX Designer or similar role
  • Bachelor's degree/Diploma in relevant field
  • Impressive portfolio that demonstrates a variety of projects, exploration, design styles, platforms, and processes
  • Experience leading design workshops and guiding the design process
  • Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, Invision, or Keynote
  • Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to convey and debate design strategy
  • Passionate about empathizing with users' needs, motivations, and behaviors
  • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
