About the Role

We are seeking a Senior UI Designer to join our Innovation and Design practice. As a Senior UI Designer, you will work closely with our clients and internal teams to design and deliver high-quality user experiences for our clients' digital products.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand their business needs and design solutions that meet those needs.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' businesses and industries, as well as the latest design trends and technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver user experiences that are intuitive, engaging, and meet our clients' business objectives.
  • Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions and ensure that our solutions meet the needs of our clients' users.
  • Develop and maintain a design system that ensures consistency and quality across all of our clients' digital products.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices, and apply that knowledge to our clients' projects.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital design, with a focus on user experience and user interface design.
  • Strong portfolio that demonstrates your ability to design and deliver high-quality user experiences.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, human-centered design, and user experience design.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in industry-standard design tools, such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and Photoshop.
