We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Conarms Holdings Inc. as an Administrative Coordinator. This is a full-time position that requires a strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Coordinate and arrange seminars, conferences, and other events, ensuring all logistical details are taken care of.
  • Minute Taking: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, maintaining accurate and detailed records.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Data Management: Compile and maintain accurate data, statistics, and other information, ensuring seamless data flow and analysis.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations, ensuring smooth and efficient travel experiences.
  • Information Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Correspondence: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
  • Staffing: Recruit and hire workers, and carry out related staffing actions, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Permanent employment
