Role Overview
As a Senior Consultant specializing in Risk Management and Technology Solutions, you will leverage your extensive knowledge of compensation trends to deliver strategic insights to our clients. Your role will involve:
- Providing expert analysis and guidance on compensation frameworks that align with organizational objectives.
- Managing client relationships and serving as the primary point of contact for project-related communications.
- Conducting interviews and focus groups to gather insights and deliver tailored training sessions.
- Developing comprehensive presentations and reports that articulate findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Mentoring junior team members, fostering their professional growth through coaching and performance evaluations.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Finance, or Human Resources.
- A minimum of two years of experience in a consulting capacity.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with compensation data sources and pay equity legislation.
- Proficiency in project management, particularly in leading compensation initiatives.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French, both written and spoken.
