Your Role:

As a Client Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all client deliverables and project management, ensuring timely completion. You will collaborate closely with the Relationship Lead to understand client strategies, services, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their general benefits/rewards inquiries, urgent requests, and coordinating with relevant business units.
  • Deliver the work outlined in the engagement letter and other initiatives agreed upon throughout the client relationship.
  • Manage project delivery by internal teams, ensuring alignment with scope of services and client expectations.
  • Identify opportunities for additional revenue/services to be presented to the Relationship Lead.
  • Possess a broad understanding of Health Solutions' offerings and leverage specialized resources (actuarial, pharmaceutical, wellbeing, etc.) as needed.
  • Coordinate and schedule all client meetings related to deliverables.
  • Participate in and contribute to annual planning meetings.
  • Develop a strong partnership with the Relationship Lead, ensuring service delivery aligns with the overall Benefit Strategy.
  • Facilitate client onboarding and establish protocols with carriers (with support from applicable business units).
  • Act as a client advocate for any service or broking-related matters, collaborating with relevant business units to resolve issues with carriers or service providers.
  • Support the Relationship Lead/finance team with revenue recognition in Client Planner.

Skills and Experience for Success:
  • Hands-on experience in the Health Benefits industry is essential.
  • A post-secondary degree or diploma in Business, Commerce, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Proven track record of building, maintaining, and expanding effective professional relationships across multiple partner groups.
  • High levels of Emotional Quotient (EQ) and business acumen.
  • Natural curiosity coupled with a positive attitude and problem-solving approach.
  • A Life Insurance license is required within 12 months if not already held.
