About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Delivery Manager to join our team at InSync. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering and enabling a best-in-class SaaS product and underlying data foundation for large enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Account Management and Strategic Growth, to drive project success.
  • Work closely with a dedicated Delivery team to stand up and enable core products for enterprise clients.
  • Plan and manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain precise delivery scope statements and timelines, defining role responsibilities and performance metrics.
  • Provide leadership for an Agile project team, building and motivating team members to meet project goals.
  • Identify and manage key risks (technical and business) to ensure project success.
  • Communicate product needs and customer milestones, managing senior stakeholders against key dependencies.
  • Report to Business Unit Leaders and Executive team members on milestone progress, accountability performance, and impediment removal.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or post-secondary diploma in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering, or equivalent education and/or project management experience.
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Strong understanding of PMLC and SDLC, data service architecture, and project management frameworks.
  • 5-10 years of Program/Project Manager experience on a minimum of 2 mid to large-scale projects at an enterprise level.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and lead to delivery.
  • Ability to mentor and coach more junior team members.
  • At least 3 years of experience working in a technical capacity in data engineering, software development, or technical/solution/data service architecture.
