Client Success Manager

We're looking for a talented Client Success Engineer/Specialist to join our team in Calgary. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our critical business accounts, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring our clients receive the best possible experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Account Management: Oversee customer account management, including developing new business and negotiating contracts to maximize profits.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to achieve quotas while keeping clients satisfied and engaged with our products and services.
- Customer Delivery: Facilitate the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software preferred.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
