RevSolz Corp. Seeks Client Success Engineer/Specialist

We're looking for a talented Client Success Engineer/Specialist to join our team in Calgary. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our critical business accounts, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring our clients receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Account Management: Oversee customer account management, including developing new business and negotiating contracts to maximize profits.
  2. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to achieve quotas while keeping clients satisfied and engaged with our products and services.
  3. Customer Delivery: Facilitate the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Strong verbal and written communications skills.
  3. Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  4. Familiarity with CRM software preferred.
  5. Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  6. Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
