Sales and Marketing Representative

Big Rock Brewery is seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Execution Representative to join our team. As a Sales Execution Representative, you will play a key role in supporting our Sales and Marketing departments by working closely with our Sales Representatives to ensure our products are up-to-date, our brands are well-represented, and our presence stands out at retailers and on-premise locations within assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities- Support and Execute Sales and Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with Sales Representatives and Marketing personnel to execute sales and merchandising plans according to the Big Rock Strategic Plan.
- Coordinate Sales Support Initiatives: Effectively coordinate daily execution of sales support initiatives, including building displays, placing point-of-sale materials, rotating product, and ensuring current signage.
- Develop and Maintain Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with retailers and on-premise accounts to promote a positive Big Rock image and drive sales growth.
- Address Inquiries and Resolve Issues: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues where possible, escalating and engaging necessary resources as needed.
- Ensure Proper Shelf Space Management: Understand and promote proper shelf space management according to Big Rock objectives.
- Merchandise Products: Ensure products are properly priced, rotated, and merchandised to meet customer needs and drive sales growth.
- Work Efficiently: Work efficiently to complete all daily assignments and meet sales targets.
- Minimum of One Year Work Experience: Minimum of one year work experience in a related or customer-facing role.
- Strong Communication Skills: Proven ability to build strong working relationships, both internally and externally, and effective communication, both written and verbal.
- Technology Competence: Technology competence with basic business technology, including Microsoft Office.
- Valid Driver's License: Valid driver's license and ability to lift products from 25 lbs. to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
- Flexibility: Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
