About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Representative to join our team at Canada Prime Marketing Corporation. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our products to drive sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively advise customers.
  • Sales and Promotion: Promote our products and services to customers, both in-store and online, to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Merchandise Management: Maintain a high level of merchandise knowledge and ensure that customers are aware of our latest products and promotions.
  • Store Operations: Assist with store operations, including receiving and stocking merchandise, maintaining store displays, and performing other tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail sales environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
