Job Description:

We're seeking a skilled Offset Printing Pressman to operate and maintain our printing press equipment. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in operating offset printing presses, including the ability to troubleshoot and make necessary adjustments to maintain high-quality production. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who is able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, physically and mentally demanding environment.

Responsibilities:

* Set up and operate offset printing press equipment
* Adjust and maintain printing press settings to ensure high-quality production
* Troubleshoot and make necessary adjustments to maintain consistent quality
* Maintain a clean and organized work area
* Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance
* Monitor production output to ensure deadlines are met
* Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a smooth production flow

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Minimum of 3 years of experience operating offset printing presses
* Knowledge of printing press equipment and operation
* Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
* Ability to read and interpret production orders and specifications
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team

Compensation:

* $24.50 to $33.00 hourly (to be negotiated)
* 30 to 40 hours per week
