Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Offset Printing Pressman to operate and maintain our printing press equipment. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in operating offset printing presses, including the ability to troubleshoot and make necessary adjustments to maintain high-quality production.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate offset printing press equipment to produce high-quality prints.
  • Adjust and maintain printing press settings to ensure optimal performance and quality.
  • Troubleshoot and make necessary adjustments to maintain consistent quality and minimize downtime.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficient production and safety.
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and extend its lifespan.
  • Monitor production output to ensure deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a smooth production flow and address any issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience operating offset printing presses.
  • Knowledge of printing press equipment and operation.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.
  • Ability to read and interpret production orders and specifications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages, including a salary range of $24.50 to $33.00 hourly and 30 to 40 hours of work per week.
