- Execute on-site maintenance and repairs for production printing machinery.
- Identify and resolve technical challenges swiftly to reduce production interruptions.
- Perform routine inspections and carry out preventive maintenance strategies.
- Set up, configure, and fine-tune production print devices for peak efficiency.
- Provide on-site support for multifunction printers (MFPs).
- Identify opportunities to enhance territory parts budgeting and inventory management.
- Proven experience in servicing and maintaining production print equipment.
- Skilled in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting within a production print context.
- Knowledgeable about various production print technologies and systems.
Networking Proficiencies:
- Installation and troubleshooting of fundamental printing and scanning solutions.
- Familiarity with Microsoft OS peer-to-peer and client-server environments.
- Experienced in printing from standard business applications.
Comprehensive understanding and certification of production systems.
Color Management Expertise:
- Solid understanding of calibration and Raster Image Processor (RIP) configurations.
- Mentoring and Instruction: 10% - based on technical knowledge.
- Must possess a positive, outgoing, self-driven attitude, committed to fostering and maintaining robust customer relationships.
- Must have a personal vehicle, valid insurance with appropriate coverage, and a valid driver's license in good standing.
- Training may necessitate after-hours travel and overnight stays, including weekends.
