Office Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team at G. S. Dhesi and Associates Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Tasks
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports
- Coordinate travel arrangements and schedules
- Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks and reconcile accounts
- Communication and Customer Service
- Respond to phone calls and electronic inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients

- Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
- Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail

- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
