About the Role

This is a full-time, permanent position that offers a competitive salary with uncapped performance-based commissions. You will have the opportunity to make a real impact on our business and grow within the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recover past-due accounts through consistent and effective communication with clients
  • Utilize skip tracing techniques and databases to locate and recover accounts
  • Analyze and evaluate financial reports and data to inform collection strategies
  • Work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve collection goals and provide exceptional customer service
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in collections
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Superior communication, math skills, and problem-solving skills
  • Quality assurance testing regularly
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to work independently
  • Clear background check and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
