**Job description**

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the Social Media Specialist will be responsible for developing the social strategy and managing all social media channels for a variety of brands in food and beverage verticals. Working with the marketing team, the Social Media Specialist will be responsible for social strategy, content planning, social listening, and community management. you will develop and present social media strategies and plans for your client accounts and work collaboratively with content production and community management teams to develop and post content.

- Social Media Strategy:_
- Develop and present social media strategies and plans for all social media accounts.
- Manage multiple social media accounts, including Instagram, Tik Tok, and Pinterest.
- Content Planning:_
- Collaborate with content production to develop and post engaging and effective social media content.
- Ensure quality control of all social media content.
- Performance Monitoring:_
- Closely monitoring social media performance, provide regular updates and reports on social media performance to the team.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Social Listening and Monitoring:_
- Monitor social media platforms, forums, and other online communities for mentions of our brand, products, and industry keywords.
- Engage with customers and prospects on social media platforms, responding to comments, questions, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and implement social media and community engagement strategies that align with business goals and objectives.

**Skills Required**:

- 3+ years of relevant social media marketing experience, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Proven track record of managing successful social media campaigns and accounts.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills and the ability to work smoothly with different teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends and provide insights and recommendations.
- Creative and strategic thinking, with the ability to develop innovative social media strategies and plans.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience with social media and community engagement tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or HubSpot.
