About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team at Reesink Canada Wholesale Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our business and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy Development
    • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives
    • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
  • Event Planning and Execution
    • Plan and execute events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our business
    • Develop and manage event budgets and logistics
    • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure successful event execution
  • Communication and Public Relations
    • Develop and implement communication strategies to engage with customers, stakeholders, and the media
    • Write and edit press releases, articles, and other marketing materials
    • Manage our company's online presence through social media and website content
  • Team Management
    • Supervise and mentor marketing team members to ensure successful project execution
    • Provide guidance and support to ensure team members have the necessary skills and resources to succeed
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Experience
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing or a related field
  • Skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
    • Proficiency in marketing software and tools
