About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to join our team at TNT Roofing Services Ltd. as a key member of our procurement department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Procurement Strategies

Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and supplies.

Negotiate with Suppliers

Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible prices and terms for the company.

Manage Inventory

Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that materials and supplies are available when needed.

Estimate Costs and Materials

Estimate costs and materials required for projects and ensure that they are within budget.

Assess Business Opportunities

Assess business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.

Confer with Clients

Confer with clients to identify their requirements and ensure that they are met.

Perform Human Resources Duties

Perform human resources related duties such as personnel selection and development.

Negotiate Business Contracts

Negotiate business contracts with suppliers and clients.

Requirements
  • Education

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, supply chain management, or a related field.

Experience

3 years to less than 5 years of experience in procurement or a related field.

Budgetary Responsibility

$100,001 - $500,000 budgetary responsibility.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and attention to detail.

Personal Suitability

Excellent oral and written communication skills, organized, and a team player.

Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a team of professionals.

Language

English is the primary language of communication in this role.

Work Hours

30 hours per week.
