Job Title: Transportation Coordinator

Flying Fresh Air Freight is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, monitoring the movement of supplies and materials between departments, and preparing and submitting reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Monitor the movement of supplies and materials between departments to optimize logistics
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
  • Monitor personnel workloads and locations to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality
  • Coordinate traffic flow of supplies to ensure timely delivery
  • Prepare and maintain progress reports to track performance
  • Knowledge of cross-border dispatching regulations and practices is essential
  • Schedule assignments and coordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Efficient interpersonal skills and excellent written communication
  • Reliability, team player, initiative, and judgement
