Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry
Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and develop cleaning personnel
  • Oversee and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff
  • Conduct inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards
  • Identify and recommend additional services such as painting, repairs, renovations, or replacement of furnishings and equipment
  • Maintain accurate financial records related to cleaning operations
  • Process payments for specialized cleaning services
  • Assist cleaning staff in their duties as needed
  • Coordinate cleaning activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Establish and manage work schedules for cleaning personnel
