About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Operations Supervisor to join our team at A S MANGHARA CLEANING Co.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily operations of our cleaning team, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that our sites and facilities meet the highest standards of safety and cleanliness.
  • Assist Cleaners in Performing Duties: Provide guidance and support to our cleaning staff to ensure that they have the necessary resources and training to perform their duties to the highest standard.
  • Coordinate Work Activities: Work closely with other departments to ensure that our cleaning operations are aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement effective work schedules to ensure that our cleaning team is able to meet the demands of our clients.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Other Benefits: This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek. The language of work is English.
