Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Operations Supervisor to join our team at Element Site Cleaning Ltd. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties efficiently.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed to a high standard and that all necessary equipment and supplies are available.
  • Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our facilities are clean, safe, and meet our high standards.
  • Recommend Additional Services: Identify areas where additional services may be required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment, and recommend these to management.
  • Assist Cleaners: Provide support and guidance to cleaning staff as needed, ensuring that they have the necessary resources to complete their tasks.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure that cleaning staff are allocated to tasks efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
