Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver best-in-class customer service, ensuring every guest leaves feeling valued and satisfied.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge, showcasing features, benefits, and application techniques to drive sales and customer loyalty.
  • Generate sales by applying our brand selling method, product knowledge, and basic service flow, while maximizing selling opportunities through link-selling.
  • Support daily operations at the point of sales (POS) activities, ensuring a smooth and efficient shopping experience.
  • Enforce company policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and respectful work environment.
  • Follow brand CRM procedures to recruit and retain customers, fostering long-term relationships and driving repeat business.
  • Maintain the counter/store quality and merchandising, ensuring a visually appealing and well-organized store environment.
  • Responsible for acknowledging and recording customer complaints and issues, escalating them to the store manager as needed.
  • Communicate valuable insights about competition, clients, and key events to the store manager, driving informed decision-making.
  • Perform open and closing procedures for the store, ensuring a seamless transition between shifts.
  • Attend all scheduled shifts, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to meeting business needs.
What We're Looking For:
  • Retail and/or cosmetic experience preferred, with a proven track record of driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Prior key holder experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Customer service experience, with a focus on building strong relationships and resolving customer complaints.
  • Great communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Diligent and responsible attitude, with a focus on maintaining a safe and respectful work environment.
  • Analytical skills, with the ability to process and analyze customer feedback and sales data.
  • Basic computer skills, with proficiency in our CRM system and other business tools.
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, and be available to work a variety of shifts.
  • High School Diploma or GED required, with a focus on maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Must be 18 years or older, with a valid ID and proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
  • Physical Environment: Must be able to work on the sales floor for extended periods, walk up and down a flight of stairs and/or ladder as necessary, and lift up to 25 lbs. on a regular basis.
  • English mandatory, with a second language an asset.
