Key Holder at Kiehl's Boutique

At Kiehl's, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences that leave a lasting impression. As a Key Holder, you'll play a vital role in driving sales, building customer relationships, and maintaining a seamless shopping environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Experience: Deliver best-in-class service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Kiehl's products, including features, benefits, and application techniques.
- Sales Generation: Meet or exceed sales targets by applying brand selling methods, product knowledge, and basic service flow.
- Store Operations: Support daily POS activities, maintain store appearance and cleanliness, and ensure on-shelf product availability.
- Communication: Effectively communicate customer feedback, competitor insights, and other key events to the Store Manager.
- Retail Experience: Prior retail and/or cosmetic experience preferred.
- Key Holder Experience: Prior key holder experience preferred.
- Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills and a strong ability to build relationships.
- Communication: Great communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Physical Demands: Ability to work on the sales floor for extended periods, walk up and down stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs. on a regular basis.
