Key Responsibilities

  • Guide and motivate the team to meet and exceed store performance goals.

  • Oversee store expenses in line with budgetary guidelines and manage daily operational activities.
  • Lead recruitment efforts, inspire team members, evaluate skills, and create efficient staff schedules.

  • Ensure high standards of store presentation and compliance with merchandising policies.

Professional & Technical Skills

  • A High School Diploma is essential; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Several years of experience in specialty retail management.
  • Proven track record in driving sales through effective team coaching and development.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, along with strong problem-solving skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
