We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Travelodge Golden.

Job Summary:

The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling room reservations, and maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Services: Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and provide information on hotel facilities and services.
  • Room Reservations: Take, cancel, and change room reservations as needed.
  • Cash Handling: Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
  • Emergency Procedures: Follow emergency and safety procedures as required.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform various clerical tasks, including faxing, filing, and photocopying.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and assist clients/guests with special needs.
