Job Title: Executive Chef

At Oh Bombay Waterloo, we are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning menus, estimating food requirements, and supervising kitchen staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
  • Order supplies and equipment
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
  • Organize buffets and banquets
  • Manage kitchen operations
Requirements:
  • Attention to detail
  • Standing for extended periods
