Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at St. George Banquet Hall Inc. as a key member of our culinary team.

Job Summary:

The Executive Chef will be responsible for leading our kitchen team in the preparation and presentation of high-quality meals for our clients. This includes developing menus, supervising cooking staff, and ensuring that all food meets our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our clients
  • Supervise and train cooking staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation
  • Ensure that all food meets our quality standards and is prepared in a safe and sanitary environment
  • Manage kitchen inventory and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and equipment to meet our menu needs
  • Work closely with our events team to ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards for our events
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to develop new recipes and menu ideas
  • Ensure that all kitchen staff are following our health and safety protocols
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful menus
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation protocols
