About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Officer to join our team at DEOL ROAD CARRIER LTD. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in promoting industrial and commercial business investment in rural and urban areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policy Development: Develop and implement policies to drive business growth and development.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise a team of 5-10 professionals and support staff to ensure seamless operations.
  • Program Administration: Administer programs to promote industrial and commercial business investment, including conducting surveys and analyzing data on consumer buying habits and preferences.
  • Marketing and Research: Conduct comparative research on marketing strategies for industrial and commercial products and develop a portfolio of marketing materials.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports, research papers, and educational texts on business development trends and opportunities.
  • Customer Service: Evaluate customer service and store environments to ensure high standards are met.
  • Online Presence: Conduct online marketing, E-commerce, and Website promotions to reach a wider audience.
  • Database Management: Maintain a database of potential franchisees, real estate locations, and online buy/sell Internet sites.
  • Presentation and Communication: Deliver presentations at conferences, workshops, or symposia to share knowledge and expertise.
  • Business Planning: Develop and implement business plans to drive growth and development.
