About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Officer to join our team at DEOL ROAD CARRIER LTD. As a Business Development Officer, you will play a key role in promoting industrial and commercial business investment in rural and urban areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policy Development: Develop and implement policies to drive business growth and development.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of business objectives.
  • Program Administration: Administer programs to promote industrial and commercial business investment, including the development of marketing materials and the evaluation of customer service and store environments.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct surveys and analyze data on the buying habits and preferences of wholesale and retail consumers, as well as conduct comparative research on marketing strategies for industrial and commercial products.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare reports, research papers, educational texts, and articles to communicate business insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Business Planning: Develop and implement business plans to drive growth and development, including the recruitment and hiring of staff and the maintenance of a database of potential franchisees, real estate locations, and online buy/sell Internet sites.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
