Key Responsibilities
  • Policy Development: Develop and implement policies that promote business growth and investment in our target markets.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise a team of 5-10 professionals and support staff, providing guidance and direction to ensure the successful execution of business objectives.
  • Program Administration: Administer programs that foster industrial and commercial business investment, including the development of marketing materials and the evaluation of customer service and store environments.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct surveys and analyze data on the buying habits and preferences of wholesale and retail consumers, as well as conduct comparative research on marketing strategies for industrial and commercial products.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare reports, research papers, educational texts, and articles to communicate business insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Business Planning: Develop and implement business plans that align with the company's strategic objectives, including the recruitment and hiring of staff and the maintenance of a database of potential franchisees and real estate locations.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a business development or commercial growth role.
  • Language: English (work language).
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
