As an Administrative Support Specialist with Health Careers in Saskatchewan, you will provide a wide range of administrative support and coordination of clerical/financial services to various departments and programs. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining the smooth operation of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to department(s) and/or program(s)
  • Coordinate clerical/financial services
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and files
  • Communicate effectively with staff, management, and external stakeholders
  • Perform other related duties as required
Requirements
  • One (1) year experience in an office environment
  • Office Administration certificate
  • Intermediate - Computer skills
  • Communication skills
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Basic - Accounting skills
  • Intermediate - Keyboarding skills(40wpm)
  • Organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Basic medical Terminology certificate, where required
