Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at McDonald's. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Department Managers and Crew Members to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of Department Managers and Crew Members to achieve sales and guest count targets
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Manage and maintain a safe, secure, and sanitary environment for guests and employees
- Participate in local events and community initiatives to positively impact the community
- Uphold McDonald's renowned cleanliness methodology
- Build sales and profits, which in turn build your value, professionally and financially
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous management experience working in the fast food service industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to assess and problem-solve with confidence
- High expectations and a consistent drive to raise the bar for yourself and your team
- Accountability and a commitment to putting people before profit
