Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at McDonald's. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a safe and clean environment for our guests and employees.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of Department Managers to achieve sales and profit targets
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe environment
- Manage inventory, labor costs, and other operational aspects of the restaurant
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
- Previous experience in a leadership role in the fast food industry
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or related field preferred
