Restaurant Operations Manager

As an Assistant Manager at Tim Hortons, you will lead a diverse team to achieve operational excellence and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will promote a respectful team environment, manage team members with open communication, and empower them to take ownership of their work.
With 3-5 years of quick service experience in a supervisory role, you will bring your practical knowledge of recruiting, training, and coaching team members to drive business results. Your strong operational experience and passion for coaching and mentoring will enable you to delegate tasks effectively and develop high-performance teams.
